   It should be noted that despite the Padillo claims, there is little evidence   
   that terrorist groups have made a concerted effort to carry out a   
   subsequent attack.  It is notable though that Iraq has the downside of   
   training lots of men in how to fight an urban guerilla war against the US   
   and that training may come back to haunt the US in the future.   
      
   Remember the last prior attack in the US before 2001 by "foreigners" was in   
   1993 and it apparently took eight years for 2001.
