   Once again, it had other targets.  I'm sure that there are folks in the US   
   right now scouting, possibly preparing for an attack despite the supposed   
   enhanced security and listening.  I also note that encryption likely   
   renders much listening irrelevant even if some possible terrorists have   
   been identified.
