Because they disagree with you?              Their actions and words explain it for them... John Kerry claiming that       American troops are kicking in doors and "terrorizing Iraqi women and       children" comparing Gitmo to a gulag etc etc.              People see these people for what they are.              > Mouthpieces in the media?              The major media are nothing more than adjunct propagandists for the DNC,        Anyone who believes otherwise is simply in denial. The litany of       faked stories, fabricated quotes, forged studies and statistics and       non-scandals coming from the New York Times, PBS, CBS, CNN, NBC and the       like is simply to enormous not to see...              Unless you're a committed leftist who finds it convenient to believe the       big lies they spin.              > Would you have doubted the existence of her friend if she had spoken in       > favor of Bush? I didn't think so.              Whether I doubt it or not is irrelevant, these claims are anecdotal at       best and simply aren't validated at election time.              Going into 2004 it was the same crap being spewed by the Bush haters who       whipped themselves up into a lather, made these same claims about       disenfranchised 2000 Bush voters, pointed his approval ratings and       convinced themselves they would drive him out of office is some popular       uprising...              Jeb Bush was going to suffer as well for his involvement in the 2000       election, remember?              Guess what, it didn't happen and a record number of people turned out to       give them both another term. They got elected again because far more       people are disgusted with the Democrat Party's drift toward blatant       anti-Americanism and their opportunism at the expense of the country       than any disagreement they have with either of them              I could tell you that for every person Karen might claim to know who       voted for Bush and is regretting it, I know several life long Democrats       who in the last few years have become so utterly disgusted with the       behavior of Kerry, Kennedy, Durbin, Dean and the rest of the wacko left       that they've already either changed their registrations like I did so       many years ago and/or swear to never vote for another Democrat for       President again... I could but it would make a difference because you       wouldn't believe me any more than I believe Karen.              Election results and the fact that heading into midterm elections,       Republicans are raking in huge amounts of money from every level and       type of donor while Democrats are struggling to keep from losing their       base of donors suggest only one of our versions is an accurate.              But being the slow learners Democrats are I'm confident you'll/they'll       keep holding on to the convenient fictions and walk right into another       electoral slaughter this year.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
