   If you were to go to my sister's neighborhood of Cobbs   
   Creek, or nearby Haddington, I don't think you'd see any emphasis   
   on those neighborhoods. And I'd bet if you were to travel   
   to S.Philly lots of people there still bemoan how downtown   
   is still getting all the attention.
