   Really, you got this from Timoney himself huh?  Timoney has a habit of   
   not staying too long, in fact, after he leaves, things seem to slightly   
   decline.   
      
   No matter how much you love Katz, what practical solutions is he   
   offering?  What program to improve the schools, offer better services   
   to the residents and increase efficiency that will work or even stand a   
   remote chance of success?  For example, Katz seems to want to focus on   
   attracting business downtown, that flies in the face of what most big   
   cities around the world except London have experienced in the past 20   
   years, now why will Katz be able to duplicate the success of London?
