   part of the problem Karen as I rid around allot if the influx of immigrants   
   who grow up on the streets. Suffice to say may of these young guys with   
   tattoos and muscle tee shirts think its cool to be in gangs and get their   
   whole lifes value based on respect from ( of all things) other gang members.   
   We need an education program to tell kids being in gangs and drugs is a dead   
   end street. Partying with each other eventually turns to dealing and bad   
   deals and stealing and murder. I wonder if our cities officials know of   
   this? . What else is there
