     THE PROBLEM IS ALL THE UNQUALIFIED  ILLITERATE DEMOCRAT JUDGES WHO GIVE   
   KILLERS PROBATION  SO THEY CAN GO BACK OUT ON THE STREET AND  KILL THOSE WHO   
   DO THEIR CIVIC DUTY AND  IDENTIY THE SHOOTERS!!!   
      
       IF  A  PREACHER  SAYS "OOHH  JUDGE HE  IS A GOOD BOY" THE JUDGE REMEMBERS
