   I am not sure I agree with what you said until you said parents letting   
   their kids out all night.Combined with crime and pollution , one has to be   
   very good at looking the other way to live here or be too poor to move. That   
   said, when people do act civil and we have clean air this is a great place   
   to live. I probably think in back of mind more changes could be had but if   
   people are good at looking the other way nothing will change. If you ask   
   others how they react when they see for instance crazy drivers on the blvd   
   or groups of people who look suspicious anywhere , most say they try to   
   ignore it and this is why gun violence and don't tell policy is happening.   
   People have learned to look the other way thinking not to get involved   
   personally because there is too much violence and not enough leadership or   
   convictions to feel safe in telling about the bad things. I for one believe   
   when it comes to pollution you can't escape it like you might with crime.
