   Oh well, it looks like the systems in PA are among those with a potential   
   security problem and note that the present system allows no real means of   
   checking the accuracy of the votes.  Electronic systems on their own aren't   
   bad, but it would be nice if for example Touch Screens produced Electronic   
   Scan card outputs that the voter can check for accuracy, then put into a   
   ballot box.   
      
   Such a system would allow even the blind to vote without assistance and   
   still produce a reliable means of recounting when there is a dispute.  I'm   
   glad that Philly for example didn't have really close races this year.
