   Incredible, there's an alleged firebomb that wasn't lit, and was   
   discarded in the trash before police arrive.  There also apparently was   
   a dispute between the owner of the bldg and young street earlier.   
   Whether the incidents are connected, and whether there was a firebomb   
   still has to be determined.  I don't know about you, but if I found a   
   putative firebomb, I'ld sure call the fire department or police and not   
   touch it.
