   Moderate is a point in which the body shuts down in my system and its the   
   point it shuts down consciously or unconsciously in others especially over   
   time and this is shown over and over in combination with high soot and or   
   ozone. Coal is killing people and moderate particulate pollution over and   
   over is killing people with no going back and gov allows it. If your family   
   is getting it your being murdered.
