This is true but often the reason a city is polluted is because politicians
fail to recognize the impact on its citizens pollution is making and their
refusal to do much about the polluters.
I was coming back from New Jersey tonight with people from California.. as
soon as we crossed the bridge into Philly their baby started to cough and
the whole car noticed the difference in air quaility from New Jersey.
Perhaps Gov policy is the only one that doesn't know? Or they do know and
want to poison people.. its almost totally unbelievable. I checked the
rating when we got home and its been hoovering at high 40s.almost mild
particulate pollution. Akin to a poisoning and for this I am certain. soo
the status quo about freedom and living in America we can talking about
butakye and germs for asthma and where I listened to a commercial for kids
with asthma talk about dust mites but not a mention of particulate pollution
which I guarantee costs more babies illness and disease and breathing
problems then anything on earth. I swear to god I am starting to notice
babies have trouble breathing more in moderate or worse particulate
pollution then in clean air cities..I can tell you we were in clean air
cities before crossing into Philly. This is the biggest war and poisoning
that I guarantee can be proven in history. They say bees are dying, more
co2. my bodies shut down and they still don't do anyting to stop it.

   > sort of solid ideas your rants are pointless.

The solid goal of getting industry and coal to stop polluting along the
Delaware or any city which produces the moderate particulate pollution which
I emphatically claim is poisoning people more then most anyting in life
right now in America. The thing is in New Jersey the air was not as bad as
in Philly so it couldn't be just the coal from WEST it had to be the
industry and pollution from the immediate area. Yet our politicians are
   silent,, amazing.

   Progress is being
   > made on alternative energy sources every year. Cars are the number one
   > source of pollution in most cities in the USA. You bet car manufactures
   > want to create more fuel efficient cars than they do.

cars add to the pollution but tonight at 1am there is a huge difference
between NJ and Phillys air and yet it can't be because of coal or cars cause
no cars on road at 1am.. I don't put anything past local industry or govs
   that allow this toxic miss.

     Why? Because
   > consumers will fund them but technology currently can't produce whats
   > really needed at a price consumers can afford.
   >
   >>> they can't fail like they should if goals are not to get to clean air

   >> damage so what good is changes if the end result of pollution levels
   >> don't change?
   >
   > So what do you suggest we do TODAY, RIGHT NOW?? What exactly is it you
   > want to have changed? You keep say more laws. What laws? Who do they
   > apply to? You are being VERY generic in all of your rants here.

My rants are Gods truth and I told you ways how you can or any lawyer in the
universe can prove it. That don't mean I can solve the problems..Most people
would not think , that just having moderate particulate pollution is
something to worry about very often but it is! I say its very threatning and
there must be a reason some cities care and other cities like mind pretty
much like to ignore it. Anyway I would get industry along the Delaware and
expressway to cut down on factory pollutiona nd get emission standards down
and get coal to lessen their effects on area. Whatever changes needed to be
done to minimize particulate pollution should happen faster then slower. We
are without any doubt in my mind murdering our own citizens an I think the
   gov already knows it.
