   Ps , never understimate the stupidity of the people. Still what do you   
   expect when the news media doesn't connect the dots for people buying these   
   homes. True Philadelphia has alot to offer ..without crime and pollution and   
   unfortunately I have no doubt its getting worse. You want to make plans to   
   keep your children here and start new lives.? Your setting your kids up for   
   future problems. I don't think it , I know it.
