   this from someone who wrote a letter to editor:   
     She writes as she visits the parks in PA , taken back by the dead trees   
   etc. While media and politicians ignore it.   
      
      
   Concerning your editorial in the Philadelphia Inquirer, I am kind of   
   surprised they even printed it considering how little is said about global   
   warming, pollution or things that are really happening, (at least to some).   
   I am glad your trying to make a case for something that we both see in our   
   parks.   
     I have seen and realized that what is going on could be much worse then   
   just that. Pa. is nuber 2 in asthma, number 3 in co2 buildup, Philadelphia   
   is number one city for asthma, rated f for air pollution, has the most   
   depression and its seldom talked about in the media   
   . We do get probably more commercials for disease, lung centers and copd in   
   the nation. When I grew up there were maybe a few commercials for excedrin,   
   headache tablets. Now we have so many commercials. lost birds and trees and   
   kids with asthma with politicians ignoring it all , one is just in wonder   
   how come ? (energy profits and media worried about income from drug   
   companies without telling people why they need them or why trees and birds   
   and bees are dying.

   What the republicans have done   
    .. we will know I know that 70 percent of the days I   
   live with constricted air and lung function. Equally disturbing, people say   
   its my reaction. Wrong you judge things based on how many people get certain   
   condtions. Most people in the US have no clue how often our area gets   
   commercial after commercial for nebulizers and copd drugs and lung centers   
   and cancer and heart disease. I grew up with a few commercials for excedrin   
   tablets. now I feel like I am living in a killing field.. So I think many   
   republicans are putting people ina holocaust ( don't use that word lightly).   
   They have others with money to hide their dirty deeds and poisoning of   
   people. for the sake of oil companies, coal companies  and polluters.   
   They could have used prudent measures to allow the polluters to moderate but   
   no they made special rules for them and soo many people will die from this   
   , -----   
   not from some mysterious cancer, but technically from pollution and air   
   standards   
   deals made that allow this poisoing to go on.
