   Well, last time I looked at a map, Philadelphia was located in the Northeast   
   US. If the predictions are accurate, we will feel the effects of the warming   
   as much as everbody else in this part of the country.  If you don't think   
   those effects will affect the politics of Philadelphia, as well as those of   
   Pennsylvania and the country as a whole, you're kidding yourself.
