   stop blaming air quality?   
   There is nothing anyone can ever do when people are more likely to die and   
   get sick only because of air pollution . If I were to draw a map of those   
   most affected from illness and shorter productivity, those living in highly   
   congested streets, those living near bus depots, those living near coal   
   pollution and those living in cities with most particulate and ozone   
   pollution or the cities with just the least amount of good air, would be the   
   ones most sick. No matter what else they did.
