   On a similar note, NEVER EVER put up allot of money on a horse race. Why? I   
   use to watch the 100 windows before they became universal and you can bet   
   anything on any window.   
   Its the same exact for horse racing. The owner doesn't know much, its how   
   much is bet on the horse that often influences its chance on winning The   
   more you bet  or your money showing up with other bettors ,the less chance   
   especially if the odds don't go down with your big bets. I have seen over   
   and over horse bet lose and the horses who were bet down but I didnt see   
   anyone at the track bet .. win.. seriously.  If the odds don't reflect on   
   exact amount wagers like if you bet 3000 on a horse and it didn't go very   
   low odds, I bet everything I own you are going to lose. The moral of the   
   stories is many things are fixed against you. Stay sane and try to do the   
   best things to be good to people anyway. The people who make these temporary   
   roadblocks are very good at what they do, and think they will get away with   
   cheating people. You have an opportunity of putting your money away for   
   savings somewhere else where you can't get manipulation legally to take it.   
   This is the sad state of affairs in America including set up for asthma   
   based on pollution and dependence on big oil ,but is not talked about.and   
   only the rich get elected to   
   public office and more rules for big business to take you if your not aware.   
   charges that are on your credit card and cell phone bills and are built in ,   
   that no matter what you do big business will find a way to charge you false   
   charges and get away with it a certain percentage of times. How long do you   
   want to talk to automated phone systems that seldom recognize what you   
   said.How many bills and papers do you need to save yourself from big   
   business corrupt and overcharging from interest rates?
