   I was charged with aphone by Sprint and have yet  to get it or remedy the   
   charges. With interest that has gone to 1200 charge and they can report that   
   and lie and ruin my credit. How many bills and receipts do you need to save   
   to prove your case after they put you on hold or talk to automated operators   
   and still hang up on you laughing at times? I got a late feee of $39 from BP   
   credit card sevice after they claim my payment came one day late. It was   
   postdated days before they received it but still allowed to charge me and   
   lie about it close to $40 dollars on top of the already incredible profits   
   from the gas they have to make   
   Why because they can,, they can afford to give you five percent in some   
   charges if they can rip you like this. Then they have other protection   
   service fees with contractors they let them bill and they can't take them   
   off unless you complain for each one lol. Good luck with that.   
   Another internet trading site offers you $100 to change to them.. You want   
   to see how horrible the prices they give when they trade. As soon as you   
   fill out the form to sell the price of stock rose sometimes up to 50cents   
   and within seconds after I bought it was $50cents cheaper.Was it legal? Who   
   knows  and they say customer satisfaction? Heck no..They made more then 100   
   dollars by giving you horrible prices.
