   People need good air to function not f rated air. Toxic REACTION is when the   
   body reacTS    to chemicals and toxins in the air and food. Some things we   
   can do somethings about,some things we can't and if we have enough toxic   
   chemicals and I am here to suggest we do and its getting worse the body will   
   react where our health suffers.   
      
   e can't. The consistent buildup of toxic air in peoples lungs and bodies   
   circulate and accumulate in liver and kidneys till people get inflammation   
   and heart disease. There is a saying , you don't know what you have till its   
   gone, In Philadelphia people are losing their health at younger age and   
   getting more conditions then average compared to others around the country.   
   Our air is just one toxic thing we do to ourselves but its the worse thing   
   about being here in PHilly. Philly of course has good things but the bad   
   things especially the accumulation of this toxic air is what I claim kills   
   any hope for positive changes. We may or maynot cut crime and some other   
   problems but we are posoning our peoples bodies because we get less clean   
   air each year from five years ago.
