   In an odd sort of way, I am hoping you're right about the real estate boom   
   fizzeling out. That way, it will give me a better choice of homes to look   
   at when I am ready to buy a house. The school district problems are   
   important, but not to me since I do not have any children. I do think that   
   Paul Vallas is on the right track so he might actually succeed in   
   reforming the schools.
