   So are you blaming the former mayors who hired said officers, or John   
   Street who had a fitness czar?  Actually, the police department has not   
   gotten a lot of new officers so the officers you're complaining about   
   have been on the force for quite some time.  Got another issue you want   
   to try trolling with?
