   Like I suggested your suggestions of balancing act , are not working and   
   should not be acceptable  . If you don't count or can't count the cost   
   psychologically on people, the cost or toll  in  lose confidence  , lost   
   trust, lost family outing, lost neighborhoods, and  all the money we spend   
   in the criminal system can be better spent in technology , providing for   
   people , job creation, etc etc etc. if we can't we should ! Someday other   
   countries will do more then US and we won't even be second rate.Someday   
   other countries will see all the connections and learn to do the technology   
   part  and this will make the US a second rate country that happens to be   
   free. Freedom to kill should not be what America is about when they talk   
   freedom. I don't know if many of you know , but in many countries thats all   
   they talk about . We are a nation of hypocrites. Many people see us as a   
   totally violent nation ..
