   Sorry for my written English, its horrible. The bottom line is we need to   
   address our problems. Who speaks for the people killed? Who speaks for the   
   many future victims?. I suggest we all suffer as a society  from letting   
   this violence go on and on without making suggestions for change.Its so   
   funny we talk about foreign policy but we have a war zone at home , not   
   counting terrorists. About Id ing people , as long as it was safe and was   
   used only for violent crime I would be all for it.Lets have a couple of   
   years where we  stop murder or lessen it and see how much we save in gained   
   productivity , less anxiety  and better attitudes.
