it was normal to have whooping cough and Malaria too so what? So we assume
if your not a victim its not a problem? How can you suggest our national
obsession on crime is not a problem? 15,000 murders are not a problem? I
don't understand your reasoning. Because we had murders before we don't or
can't make inroads to crime now? If 15,000, murders are not a problem why
worry about the murders by terrorists ? This is our problem and it would be
nice to have someone care about one of the victims or future victims of
   crime.
