You're not going to find any state       employee judge doing that time. Yes they have paperwork to do, it's       part of their job. Yes they have to do research during their workday at       times, that's part of the job too. No they don't sit around doing       little, but the hours they spend on their job in a day and the time they        don't spend on their job just doesn't even compare with being a high       grossing lawyer. Night and day.
