   If you were a reasonable man you wouldn't have to "believe".  I could have   
   also been wrong, so your belief would be misplaced.   
      
   Not that you know it, but I AM correct.  Not ONE criminal given capital   
   punishment has killed again....   
      
   No punishment given for any crime ever has been more efficient.  What a
