   Do you realize that none of those have any relevance to the Terri Shaivo   
   situation?  Of course you don't; otherwise you wouldn't have posted   
   those red herrings.   
      
   Shaivo was brain dead; she had no chance or hope of ever being a   
   thinking human being again.
