   Right now, I'm monitoring phx.general; anything you want me to see, just

   In the meantime, I'm still running and managing to win some medals in my   
   age group (65 to 69) in a few races.   
      
   And I'm making a killer pasta sauce today.  The recipe has been in my   
   family for 25 years, and I don't know how old it was before then.
