   Whoopsie!  "Enforcing the law" absolutely includes serving warrants issued   
   by local judges, and the last I knew, Anchor Baby Joe had some 70,000 such   
   warranties languishing on his desk!  The rotten, lowlife, racist scoundrel   
   is too busy arresting brown boys whose cars have cracked taillights to   
   actually enforce all laws that don't fit his racist agenda.
