   I see, so the cops can stop me and ask for my drivers license any time they   
   want, whether I'm driving a vehicle or not?   
      
   As for employers hiring illegals, if there is an allegation against such an   
   employer, all the feds have to do is go to the HR department and demand to   
   see all the Forms I-9 and other documents.
