        It is a felony and sex crime to impersonate a woman to commit rape.   
                                                Arrest and imprison men who   
   voluntarly cut their   
        dick and balls off so they can use womens restrooms and stare at   
       	    young girls and women, and sexually victimize them. Using   
   the 		    name "Michelle" to enter women's sporting events by any   
   sexually 		    mutilated man would be considered prima facie evidence.
