   sites you can leave a nasty-gram on.   
      
   You can try their Facebook page (i've gotten responses from big companies   
   after posting on their facebook page) or even twitter.   
      
   If you're on LinkedIn, you can troll your contact network to see if there's   
   someone you can connect with that way.
