XPost: ba.politics, dc.media, soc.penpals       XPost: alt.burningman       From: msnbchomo@espn.com              Four people were injured in a shooting Friday at a tax business       on Detroit's east side after a dispute broke out over a refund.              Police arrested the shooting suspect near the scene, and a       second person, wanted for allegedly assaulting a security guard,       turned herself in to police Friday evening.              The shooting happened just after 3:30 p.m. at Tax City Tax       Service in a strip mall on the 7400 block of Gratiot. Three       people are in serious condition and a fourth is in critical       condition.              According to police, a 27-year-old female customer became upset       because her tax refund wasn't ready. A physical altercation       broke out between her and a security guard. A 19-year-old man       who accompanied the woman to the store pulled out a handgun and       started firing, police said.              "She was a disgruntled customer about her refund check," Third       Deputy Chief Rodney Johnson said.              Chief James Craig said the shooting started inside and continued       outside. Johnson said the security guard was among the victims.              Johnson said a passerby flagged down a police officer and       pointed out the suspect, who was arrested less than a block from       the scene. Officers recovered the handgun used in the shooting,       he said.              The woman turned herself in at 6:30 p.m. at the city's 9th       Precinct, Johnson said.              Authorities also are looking for another woman who was at the       scene and may have been a witness.              http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2014/03/01/detroit-       shooting-tax-refund/5919971/                             --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
