   Canadian police said late Wednesday that three Royal Canadian   
   Mounted Police officers were killed and two others wounded in a   
   shooting incident in Moncton, New Brunswick.   
      
   Via its official Twitter account, the RCMP said the shooter was   
   still at large. It said it was searching for a 24-year-old male   
   Moncton resident, whom it identified as Justin Bourque. The RCMP   
   warned residents in parts of the city, which has a population of   
   about 69,000, to stay inside.   
      
   Further details on the victims weren't immediately available.
