   KFC has found no evidence that a worker asked a scarred 3-year-   
   old to leave a Mississippi restaurant, the fried chicken chain   
   said Tuesday, following twin investigations.   
      
   That capped growing suspicions that the story — in which a   
   family said the child was told her injuries from a pit bull   
   mauling were disturbing other customers — was a hoax.   
      
   A post Tuesday on a Facebook page apparently run by the girl's   
   family insisted it was not a hoax, and a lawyer for the family   
   said they would issue a statement later.
