   NEW YORK –  Authorities say at least 21 people were shot across   
   New York City over the weekend. Four victims died.   
      
   Among those injured were a 10-year-old boy and a 25-year-old   
   man. They were shot Saturday on Brooklyn's Coney Island and are   
   in stable condition.   
      
   Nine people were shot in Brooklyn, five in Manhattan, five in   
   the Bronx, one in Queens and one on Staten Island.   
      
   Police are seeking tips from the public as they investigate.   
      
   About 600 new officers are graduating from the Police Academy on   
   Monday. They will partner with veteran officers and be sent out   
   to target the most violent, crime-ridden neighborhoods.
