It seems that the area is not active/available at your boss, and he has no
available uplinks (configured) to grab that echo for you.  Send him a personal
netmail to request follow-up.

If 'no joy', then sign up with another boss.  No harm in that.  As a node, I
have at least six links with other nodes for varying echomail areas.
