Sometimes requests previously non-configured echos just bounce  
back with "no such echo".

As per you earlier mention of this, the echo was indeed elisted  
2 months ago!  I didn't even notice.  Moderators/creators need  
to take advantage of the announcement systems such as ECHO_ADS  
or something - and give the headsup to echo distributors in  
general. The announcement or "pleas add" protocol in Z1_BACKBONE  
seems to have been abandoned.
