My mailer supports file request on the EMSI/Telnet port, 2030 in my case.

I am not sure if WinPoint or OpenXP support an EMSI session over telnet, I
think WinPoint does.

Mailers configured to do so support file requests on binkp but mine does not.

Feel free to request files here on my BBS if you would like to try it.

My EMSI/telnet mailer accepts connections at trmb.ca on port 2030. That's a
non standard port so you will need to make your mailer aware of that.
