Those are the commands to ALLFIX. such as%LIST.

OK, I have a text file or message and how to I take the file name in the
message and have it appear on my computer?

I haven't the slightest idea how to get past that stage.That is getting from a
message from the echo to downloading a file within.

I am sure it has to be easy because so many people are doing it.
