This is true... Before we had activist Judges when a ruling was made, from an
honest Judge, you can appeal and have at... But you have to comply with that
judgment... Assuming things are normal... Now that we have activist judges
they know things will get overturned... They just want to slow things down.

Laws should pass that will take this into consideration.
