This is the problem.  Daddy Trump shutdown USAID and a bunch of other NGOs. 
BTW, BILLIONS was sent to Catholic NGOs that were assisting in the migrent
traffic to the country.

Trump shut down the border thus ending the Billions going to these NGOs it
looks like the Pope might need a part-time job to pay for the Vatican light
bill.
