I think they are exploring several roots here.  Impeachment at the House level
is simple majority. Whereas after it takes 2/3rds of the Senate to convict.

And here lays the problem... The Democrats are functioning like a "Normal"
political party...  They are OKay with a rogue Judge is reeking havoc to they
system as long as it gives them power at some point.

There is a Judge they want to impeach, the one that signed a warrants to spy
on the 8 or so Senate members... The Senate is begging that the Judge be
removed while this process is ongoing.

What do you do??  I understand that the founders, or whoever, didn't want the
political firing of Judges... But if there are some rogue Judges... CLEARLY
off the wall and not following the Law or Constitution their should be some 
kind of fast track for them.

They have ... Once the Supreme court makes a decision the next Judge uses
slightly different language so that things have to take a trip back up to the
Supreme Court.

I don't know what to add here.
