I think I heard of a possible fix for rouge judges.


I think they should pursue things constitutionally.  

Impeachment...

House votes simple majority. Whereas the Senate needs to vote... They may not
get the 2/3rds threshold... BUT they will get the Senators on record.


Interesting though, here's a solution I like... Paraphrasing so that you don't
have to cut and paste.

For the Judges who release hardened criminals out on the street with out bail,
or low bail, and they re-offend with a felony within 12 months, the judge gets
convicted.

This was tabled yesterday in the house.  I say do it!!!  Judge could face 10
years in jail... and fines of course ... and Disbarment...  

In the above is a solution that sounds constitutional to me.  Everyone stays
in their lane... Congress makes laws... Courts interpret laws...  Presidents
execute laws.


Perfect!!!  Lets see how far it goes this time... Apparently they've tabled
this before and it never made it.
