I thought it was a perfect law... Recently we had someone released after they
had received 75 major criminal convictions and was released with no (or low)
bail and then that person set someone on fire on a train.

The Judge of that case said she can't always do what prosecutors tell them to
do... Like decline to offer bail in the first place....

WELL, you might not always have to do what a prosecutor suggests you do... BUT
JUSTICE does.

Now a beautiful young woman is scared for life.
