I doubt that Tim is retarded, but he's bad at lying. Biden kept a perfectly
straight face while explaining what it was like to be a Puerto Rican truck
driver with an uncle who was eaten by cannibals, but Tim gets all sweaty and
red-faced and starts shaking when someone asks him a question.

How dumb are people from Minnesota? I don't know anyone from there, but I'm
hoping that they can solve this easy puzzle.
