I think they will.  I said this in the past about the case that in front of
the Supreme Court recently where Someone who had US citizenship for ~70
years.. They were a child from someone who worked at an Embassy. The Supreme
Court ruled that that person was not untitled to have citizenship in the US.

In the 14th Amendment it says...

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the
jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State
wherein they reside.


The portion of text that matters is...

"And subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United State
wherein they reside.".

When I became a citizen I went through a process.  The process ended up win me
taking an Oath to the Country and Constitution.

Administrations argue, ALL have since they implemented the 14th Amendment,
that Embassy workers have allegiance to their country and not the US so their
children do not have US citizenship because they were born in the US.

This is why the Embassy employee's child had their citizenship revoked after
70 years.

The 14th Amendment came after the heels of the Civil war and the Law Makers
wanted to make sure the Slaves, ANY, blacks and enslaved Chinese were entitled
to citizenship.

I argued before that Trump used the Embassy child's case to prove that no all
babies born in the US get citizenship.

So, if you sneak into the country, and have not formally gone through the
process... You need to swear allegiance to the constitution and the country.

Trump argues that climbing a fence and popping a squat to have a child does
not make your child a citizen.

I let it be known that I know a DACA and she's working through the process.

I hope she makes it, legally, if she doesn't so be it.

But I do feel for what she's going through.  She was taken to the US when she
was about 3 or 4 ... now in her late 20s and the US is all she knows.

We need to get a handle on the old system and pave a way forward for DACA and
fix the broken parts.

Trump wants to slowdown the HB1 visas, great idea, and stop accepting people
from 3rd world countries.  

Focus on the citizens of the country, where as the Democrats want to focus on
destroying the world as we know it.
