  Civil rights lawsuit waiting to happen.

1) Regardless of your legal status in the US, you are still protected by the
4th and 5th amendment protection while on US soil.  So, unless the Supreme
Court backtracks on decades of precedence the US better be prepared to open
the purse strings AGAIN....

        a. I can see them trying to file charges for obstruction, destruction
of evidence, etc...   However both "should" fail due to ICE/CBP not having a
legal right to such "evidence".. 

2) This is an accident waiting to happen, even if SCOTUS opens the door to
allow this, ICE/CBP has the tendency to cast such a wide net that they are
rounding up both immigrants with legal status and citizens.  It is just a
matter of time before they make a mistake and again the pruse strings will be
open.
