I don't know where you are coming from.  I have been absent for a few days.

Deportation(s) happen with Article 2 judges. As you know Article 2 is under
the presidents purview.  The Constitution and Congress gives him that power.

The "legal" process under Article 2 and 3 are different.

Article 3 cases sometimes take months and even years to resolve... where as
Article 2 cases can take minutes, sometimes days.

It's reported that ~ 70% of the cases where ICE has detained and deported
people they have already been adjudicated and have had their removal orders. 

I'll say it an other way... They have had their due process already.

This begs the question... What about the other 30% ... simple... If you are
around one of the 70% when they get arrested you might be deported.  Like I
said above Immigration court is WAY different than the Article 3 legal
court(s).

All are covered under the 4th and 5th Amendments... unreasonable government
searches and seizures and protection against self-incrimination.

When ICE heads out for the day they aren't just knocking on doors looking for
Illegals they have a list and they know where you are.

And if Abuela (Grandma) who is illegal and happens to be beside their target
you will become a statistic... The 30%.

There is a slight fix for this... If a Democrats/Sanctuary State or City
arrests an illegal who rapes and murders people they should hand them over to
ICE and not have ICE go out looking for them.

We get... Somalis fraudulently bulking the tax payers for BILLIONS.  News
reports say that this also happened in other States and more will come.

Had Tampon Tim properly addressed this, caught it in time, and dealt with it
appropriately Trump wouldn't have removed all the Somalis protective statuses.

Days after this fraud was exposed there was a young Somali man talking Sh!t on
Social media saying he would POP (AKA Shoot) ICE if they show their face
around him.

Ilhan has been seen in videos talking to Somalis saying that she's working for
Somalia though the US System.

She married her Brother for Immigration purposes... 

Her latest husband has received special favor and as a result they are now
worth ~ 30 million in the span of a few years.

You may have rights alloted by the constitution BUT you don't have the right
to be in the country Illegally.


BTW, I saw a video today that showed an Illegal on a bus holding its
passengers at bay.

Police arrested him and because things escalated they  bound him completely in
a body rap... put a mesh on his face because he was spitting at the police...
All the while he was screaming about human rights... While he was waving
around a switch blade.

Great news!!!  ICE deported him.

The entire group of people who snuck in during Biden's term should all be
deported ... and as well as an others who have been in the US illegally.

Again, you may have a 4th and 5th Amendment right... But you do not have a
right to be in the US illegally.
