Trump is working on a lot of things in the background.  Trump has other cases
at the Supreme Court...  Birthright Citizenship, He had and or  still working
on redistricting, and other things as well... Recall that he has an other case
about using Illegals, and Green Card holders, being added into the census
because in doing so adds House seats to States like California. 

Trump's arguments about the census is that California had about 7 or so House
seats that they don't deserve because of all the Illegals added into the mix.
Nancy argues hard to have them included.  Trump says that the House and or
Senate and or the Presidency is based on "We The People", citizens of the
country... Not "We The Illegals".

BTW, Trump has been asking for voter rolls... Apparently there is legislation
that allows this.  For those who have responded, the admin has found dead
people and the like on the rolls that they are asking to clean things up.  

California, and others(Blue States), who do not want to show the voter rolls.
Trump said last week that their election results will not certified.

I think the idea that elections should be held within a short period of
time... I personally don't care about the 1 day thing... I don't think it
should be going on for weeks and months... 3-4 days... Okay... BUT you should
not be counting votes weeks after the election is held while... Truck loads of
ballots are magically found to win a race.  

If your ballot doesn't make it in by election day @ 4pm local time it doesn't
get counted.  Period!!!

So, yes... its up to the State to come up withe the time and place... But the
feds do regulate the processes in what the Constitution says.

It's  going to get exciting!!!
